Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying Cyclica.

The Two-Cycle Promise (60 days)
Try Cyclica through two full cycles. If it doesn't earn a place in your routine, email us within 60 days of your delivery date and we'll refund your first order — no need to send back opened jars, even if they're empty.

Bundles
If your order included more than one jar, please send back any unopened jars and we'll refund those too. Opened jars never need to be returned.

Good to know
- The Two-Cycle Promise is valid once per customer, on your first order.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to request a refund
Email us at hellocyclica@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method and usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery (a photo helps) and we'll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. This is separate from the Two-Cycle Promise.

Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancel for a full refund until your order ships (usually within 1 business day).
